OUR OFFICE WILL BE LOCATED  THERE AS WELL TO SEE YOU AND TAKE CARE OF YOU, AND MAINTAIN A PEACEFUL & FUN ENVIRONMENT.

-The units will be for the use of the owner, their immediate family, and approved guests only.

-No rentals, subletting, or home sharing (i.e; VRBO, Airbnb, Homeaway, etc)

-Curfew will be 10pm to make sure everyone is entitled to a safe & quiet property.

-Night time security on premises. From 6pm - 6am, the Security Team will be on foot patrol for your convenience. Access to the building is also gated & locked withh finger print & facial recognition, & only residents are permitted to enter to ensure peace & quiet. 

-24 hour closed circuit survailence in common areas with motion detection.

-All common areas are closed & locked to the public, only for the use of  owners.

-Bob Jankovics, the developer, lives on site & 24/7 property management lives & works on site as well.

-Low, controlled, Association Fees.
